
Shopping at Golf Gators is safe, secure and hassle free!
If there is any reason that you need to return or exchange any purchase from Golf Gators, we are here for you and want to make the process as simple and hassle free as possible.
The first thing you should know is that there is NO NEED to obtain an RMA number from Golf Gators to return or exchange your item.
For easy and smooth Returns and Exchanges, follow these guidelines:
- Returns or Exchanges must be shipped back inside of a shipping box so that the product box is not damaged.
- Returns and Exchanges are accepted within 30 days after product delivery.
- Please alert Golf Gators returns staff that you will be returning an item by email them at info@golfgators.com.
The customer is responsible for any shipping charges for the shipping of any boots back to Golf Gators offices.
Defective merchandise should be returned immediately and a refund to the customer will be granted. Products with any wear or damage caused by any action of the customer may not be returned
Copy of original invoice (or at least a note with the email address you used to buy the boots) must accompany return / exchanges along with tags and original packaging still intact.
You can send the return / exchange back using whatever service is most convenient / inexpensive for you (Fedex, UPS, DHL, USPS).
Please email us for the return address.
We will process returns and exchanges within 3 business days of receiving them and we will email you immediately upon processing to let you know what to expect, and when.
